Need a hand with OctoCrux? Here is how to reach us and the quickest checks to try first.

Email [email protected] and include:
- The issue you are seeing, in a sentence or two.
- Your device model and iOS version.
- Whether it relates to Feeds, Articles, Summaries, subscriptions, or the Reader.
- Any error text shown in the app.
We aim to reply within a few business days (Singapore time).
Quick checks
- Subscription not showing? Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
- Articles look stale? Refresh or manage your Feeds from Settings.
- Reader won’t load? Full Articles open from their original web page, so confirm you have network connectivity. Article bodies are never stored offline.
- Summarising failed? Try a smaller Selection or retry later. A Batch failure stores nothing for that Batch, so it is always safe to retry.

OctoCrux can point at a Summariser service you run yourself. The service and the MCP bridge are open source — see the repository for setup.
